  • How does Katzentisch work?

  • How can I book a table with Katzentisch?

In just four clicks, snag a table at one of the best restaurants in town! 1. Every day at 3pm, browse through our available offers for the evening at Katzentisch.ch 2. Choose your favourite dining experience and click through to the payment page to complete your booking 3. We have a seamless and secure payment system, and your credit card is only charged the following day.

  • What if I wasn't able to find a suitable offer?

Katzentisch is your personal restaurant concierge service! Simply click on ''Request a Table'' on the homepage and enter your preferences. We will try our best to find the most suitable match for your request!

  • How do I pay for a Katzentisch?

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. On the payment page, you input your credit card details as a guaranty for the reservation. At the restaurant, you can check the bill, or simply get up and go (a tip is always nice!). Your credit card will only be charged the following day.

  • If I order anything additional at the restaurant, do I pay directly after my meal?

Everything that you order in addition to what is included in the offer will be added to the total cost of the invoice, and charged to your card the following day.

  • How are the offer prices regulated? Am I paying for something extra?

No, on the contrary! Katzentisch provides a win-win situation for restaurateurs and their guests. The offer prices are the standard prices of each restaurant. What you get on top of what you pay is an impeccable service and a complimentary perk.

  • How many different Katzentisch offers are there?

Each restaurant personalises their culinary offers and makes them available on Katzentisch. These offers can vary from week to week taking into consideration seasonal menus or specials. Some days, the restaurant partners may offer simple menus at a good price, whereas other days they may offer a more elaborate menu. The Katzentisch perk also varies from more standard such as a complimentary bottle of wine to a boat transfer to and from the restaurant.

  • How often are there new Katzentisch offers?

Daily! We have put together a colourful and diverse range of Katzentisch offers in the best restaurants in town for you.

  • What's the process when you arrive at the restaurant?

A Katzentisch reservation is essentially a type of VIP reservation, because you are guaranteed an excellent dining experience. However, we prefer a more subtle approach. When you arrive at the restaurant, simply give your name and the host will bring you to your table.

  • Please don't be late for your reservation!

Although we are a last-minute service and we understand that there are unexpected situations that may arise, we ask you to kindly be on time for your Katzentisch booking. There are no refunds available if you don't show up at the restaurant! We also wish to avoid any unpleasant surprises at the restaurant, such as how long they will keep you Katzentisch for. If you are late, we kindly ask you to inform the restaurant directly.

  • How can I inform you about special dietary requirements? (Vegetarian, Vegan / Lactose or Gluten Intolerant)

The best would be to inform the restaurant upon your arrival.
